We are looking for a Marketing Manager to deliver stellar marketing solutions for our Clients and be a 360° marketeer to support our team. Working closely with Project Marketing Managers, our internal LKI execution team, and a network of freelance specialists, you will develop marketing strategies, oversee the creation of marketing materials, get your hands dirty with hands-on creative tasks, and, most importantly, help us translate Clients’ goals and KPIs into tangible deliverables that bring results. This is a perfect position for someone who communicates with power and is hungry for all things creative in marketing & PR.
– Coordinate and delegate tasks internally to Associate-level employees.
– Create unique campaign concepts, brainstorm creative ideas, build influencer campaigns, and develop ad copy.
– Support digital marketing efforts.
– Writing, proofreading, and editing long-form and short-form content such as media announcements, blog posts and social media posts.
– Participation in calls and meetings with Agency Clients.
– A minimum of 1 year of experience in copywriting/social media management/creative marketing/branding is required.
– Excellent communication abilities (oral and written).
– Fluency in English is mandatory.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Ability to investigate and learn, if and when the topic requires new knowledge and experience.
– Work with top Web3 projects in the space and empower them to become the next big thing.
– Ownership over your schedule and ability to mix work & life (we care about the result, not your working hours).

– Salary: 1500-2500 EUR/monthly depending on experience.
