✨About the Job ✨

We are looking for a responsible and initiative Personal Assistant based in Vilnius. You’ll work closely with 2 C-level executives on a daily basis, being an operational cornerstone to the growth of the LKI Consulting. This position involves fast-paced independent work on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication with personalized secretarial and administrative support.

✨Job Duties ✨

– Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
– Making travel arrangements (booking hotels, flights, etc.)
– Being responsive to emails.
– Handling administrative requests and queries.
– Doing a lot of research and putting together lists for personal and executive purposes.
– Running personal errands in Vilnius.

✨Skills and Qualification ✨

– At least 1 year of work experience as a Personal Assistant.
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
– Advanced English (non-negotiable).
– Lithuanian or/and Russian language is preferred.
– Expert user of Google ecosystem (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
– Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

✨What we offer ✨

– Schedule: Monday to Friday (we care about the result, not your working hours).
-Remote-first position (as long as you’re located in Vilnius and willing to attend to occasional on-site tasks).
– Start with a part-time workload with a possibility to go full-time in a few months.
-Salary: starting from 700 EUR/month net for a full-time role.
