We, LKI LTD (hereinafter “LKI” or “we”), take the protection of your personal data very seriously and adhere strictly to the rules of the applicable data protection laws. These include above all the General Regulation on Data Protection (hereinafter: “GDPR”, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council).

This Privacy Policy gives you an overview of how we protect your personal data when you use the Free resources section at our website. Furthermore, we inform you about the collection and the processing of personal data via our website and the purpose and the legal basis of it.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to the website (hereinafter “Website”), regardless of whether it is accessed on a smartphone or via a browser. LKI Website may contain links to websites of other providers to which this Privacy Policy does not extend.


The collection, transmission, storage, processing and other use of personal data are summarised within this Privacy Policy under the term “processing”. Personal data is data by which you are personally identifiable or other data linked to it.


Any data collected by the LKI or entered by you in the course of using the Website will be used for the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy by us. Anything else applies only if you have given your consent. You can revoke your consent under data protection law at any time with effect for the future. Stored personal data will be deleted if you revoke your consent to storage, if the data is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored or if storage is not permitted for other legal reasons. Insofar as a legal retention period orders this, data will not be deleted but blocked for other uses. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter c GDPR. Anonymised data is not necessarily deleted.


The provision of your personal data within the course of using the Website is generally neither legally nor contractually required. You are not obliged to provide personal data on the Website. Nevertheless, the provision of the functions of this Website requires the processing of your personal data. If you do not provide such data, you will not be able to use the Website.


Access to free content requires the provision of personal data, in particular the e-mail address, your name and surname. The use of the free content is not possible without your personal data.


The processing of personal data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR (performance of a contract; entering a contract). We need the mentioned data in order to ensure that we know our contractual partners and that the free content is used by real persons.


Personal data will be stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed.


This part of the Privacy Policy provides additional information on how you can exercise your rights as a data subject vis-à-vis LKI. The exercise of your rights e.g. deletion, restriction of processing can lead to a restriction of the webpage functionalities up to non-usability.


In order to comply with the rights of the GDPR, it may be necessary for LKI to request further information to prove your identity in cases of personal data collected on the basis of contractual relationships on a random sample basis or in cases of justified doubt. This is especially true if a request for information is available in electronic form, but the sender’s details do not reveal the identity of a natural person concerned.

  • to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us in accordance with Article 16 GDPR;

  • to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Article 17 GDPR, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;

  • pursuant to Article 18 GDPR, to restrict the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete the data and we no longer need the data, but if you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or if you have filed an objection to the processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR;

  • to receive, in accordance with Article 20 GDPR, the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, current and machine-readable format or to request the transmission to another person responsible;
